What is CPI?
The Certified Professional Instructor (CPI) is IBSTPI’s professional certification for trainers, instructors, and related roles. It measures knowledge, skills, and dispositions needed to design, facilitate, and evaluate instructional experiences in any setting.
The program is vendor-neutral and global in scope, and it is grounded in the IBSTPI 2021 Instructor Competencies and Standards and the organization’s code of ethics.
